Actually, it does work for me. I figure that serving my country didn't put my life on hold but rather it gave me the chance to invest something of myself into my belief in the obligation of public service. If one is going to talk the talk it really does follow that one must be prepared to walk the walk. Well congrats to you and your family.

I'm not interested in your story, but suffice it to say that I also feel obligated to do public service. This is why I have been doing community service all of my life and chose the profession that I chose.
