When you are an adult living on your own and having a full time job with a salary, you may be able to contribute more to an organization in ways that you would not have been able to do when you were an undergraduate of the average undergraduate age.
A collegiate chapter of a sorority and an alumnae association are two entirely different animals. Collegiate programming is the core of sorority life. Alumnae membership is for the warm fuzzies and to support collegiate programming. Please cease posting about your AI search if you truly want to be an AI. You're doing yourself more harm than good. This remark is not in violation of the TOS and is not intended as a personal attack. It's advice... a reason that used to draw people to the recruitment forum.
