What's most important?Grades/activities/recs?

Our members are chosen because of their total package, not because of one factor, such as grades, that they have to offer.

Other than that, most membership selection information is private, and different chapters give more weight to different factors.

Fraternities on the other hand give most weight to how you click with the house.
