Grades!!!HELP
I need help trying to get our members more interested in grades. we have our chapter standards at a 2.5, yet there are about 15 guys who dont get above a 2.5. how can we get these members to do better. study hours dont work, they are a waste of time for us. we could start taking things away, but i dont know that some people would try harder. what can we do, please help!!!
