Here's what I'm getting at:

1. You're saying that the mods have been applying non-uniform standards in your mind.

2. I'm asking for evidence to support your assertion, in the form of posts and requests you made to have action taken on those posts. Without showing that you reported posts and the mods did nothing, I don't see how you're supporting your assertion that the mods have been applying non-uniform standards. You can't compare posts that have been reported with posts that haven't been reported.
