At the time that I wrote the response, I didn't see that it/he/she/whatever was banned. By the time that I noticed it, I was in another thread of nonsense that he started and was able to read that he/she/it/whatever had been banned. Therefore, you did ASSUME and hence, made an ASS out of yourself.

As far as confusing mentally ill people with mentally ill trolls, he/she/it/whatever is both! If YOU couldn't tell from his/her/its/whatever's posts, then SHUT IT TO THE UP! Therefore, the COMMENTS that I was making WEREN'T directed to YOU! So SHUT IT TO THE UP!

No, the poster is probably not mentally ill. I'm a mental health professional, and I wouldn't diagnose on the internet in any sort of personal context. As an advocate for my clients, I make a point to call out the sort of conflation you were making. Mental illness has enough stereotypes, it doesn't need 'internet trolling.'
