it's crazy, but it just gives more reason now why we have to do what we can with our kids to raise them up right so that they won't wind up in the papers for stuff that happens enough that it sometimes doesn't warrant a news story...Iguess i would have been more surprised if the boy hadn't hit double digits or something.
