I know the difference...see my response about Seasonol, quoted in your message...the result of growing up in movie theatres that my dad ran...
Another thing...true movie theatre popcorn is popped in coconut oil. It has the best flavor...canola and peanut oil is yukky for popcorn. Of course, coconut oil is the oil highest in cholesterol!
