Another thing...true movie theatre popcorn is popped in coconut oil. It has the best flavor...canola and peanut oil is yukky for popcorn. Of course, coconut oil is the oil highest in cholesterol!

FWIW, you can buy movie popcorn salt (butter-flavored, cheese, or plain) at most grocery stores. If you really want the $1.00 experience at home, I have no idea on how to get your shoes sticky enough, though!

How does coconut oil have any cholesterol at all? It's pretty high in saturated fat, but it can't possibly have a lick of cholesterol. It's also going to have nearly the same number of calories as any other oil.
