During recruitment, I wouldn't bring it up. Why? Because sorority women are discouraged from discussing topics such as sex, boyfriends/girlfriends, religion, politics, etc. during recruitemnt. If you all of a sudden brought up the fact that you're a lesbian, it might create an awkward situation because that's something that falls under the topics most chapters suggest that members steer clear of. Something else to think about: You also don't know how an individual sister feels about homosexuality. If you were to bring it up to a sister who opposes it (let's face it, some people do), that could affect your recruitment.
