The most inflammatory things he's said have been quotes from other people that he used in his own speeches/sermons.
I'm not sure "truthful" is correct - Reverend Wright, like many great inflammatory orators (white, black and otherwise), has a wonderful tendency of taking a kernel of fact and twisting it into a thesis that doesn't fit the context of the original fact.

For example - conflating support for "terrorism" in the Middle East through supporting Israel with both WWII (atomic bombs) and black South Africans in the famous "chickens coming home to roost" speech. It's brilliant oration, but intellectually disingenuous.

Regardless, things like the "United States of KKK America" coming from the mouth of the future First Lady would likely represent a total disaster for the Obama camp - you'd lose on both fronts, to both the intellectual moderate who sees through the propaganda and the common idiot undecided who is simply scared. Obama likely needs a big turnout to win, and that sort of video could well kill voter turnout.
