You cannot tip everybody or you could not afford to go out!

At the bar for drinks-Bartender.

At a table-the waitress.

Now tipping is a tip if they are friendly, timely, and what ever to make you feel wanted.

If they do not, to bad for them.

If they act like they enjoy serving me and everyone else, I always over tip as they work hard and add a bit more to the meal.
