I think I missed the whole scraping conversation. I happened to look this up earlier in the thread to see if they were still listed as working partially by preventing implantation.
I think there were a lot of infections and deaths or maybe just infections and lasting infertility with previous versions, but I think IUDs seem to be coming back in an improved form. On the previous version:
