Lightbulb I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to change the recruitment process at my school from Fall and Spring to Spring only...deferred recruitment. My campus is a commuter school, with 100-150 pledges each fall, and 40-50 each spring. Would deferred recuritment help in numbers? Would adding the stipulation that you have to have a 2.5 to rush help any? I am trying to get any info here that would work. If you have any ideas, please post or email them to me!

I don't know that deferred recruitment ever improves numbers. Look at your recruitment pattern, you are recruiting 5 times the amount of people during the Fall as you are in the Spring and I would imagine that many of them are incoming Freshmen. Usually, when an administration institutes deferred recruitment, it is not to help numbers.
