I was wondering if anyone had suggestions about creative meet and greet ideas for formal recruitment. I heard that it's smart to have pre set groups so that you can switch girls and meet everyone. If anyone has any ideas that would be great!

Some organizations have rotation groups so that a good three or four sisters gets good conversation with the PNM, that way there's more than one opinion involved when the chapter has to decide. You may want to try a quick ice breaker-type activity just to begin conversation (something about philanthropy or about your chapter).
