Formal Recruitment
 

I was wondering if anyone had suggestions about creative meet and greet ideas for formal recruitment. I heard that it's smart to have pre set groups so that you can switch girls and meet everyone. If anyone has any ideas that would be great!:)

Some organizations have rotation groups so that a good three or four sisters gets good conversation with the PNM, that way there's more than one opinion involved when the chapter has to decide. You may want to try a quick ice breaker-type activity just to begin conversation (something about philanthropy or about your chapter).
