What Do You Do To Vent Anger?
I yell. And scream.
Then I throw things, slam doors, kick cupboards.
5 minutes later, I calm down and am pretty much back to normal.

I ghostride the whip when I get pissed as well. The problem is, the wheel will get turned and my car will crash into a telephone pole and then I get even more pissed.
Seriously, I just leave the room, or step outside for fresh air, think serenity now, and then go back to what it was that I was doing.

Depends. Sometimes I paint angry paintings. Sometimes I clean the bathroom very viciously. Sometimes I throw things at trees to watch them break and/or explode (not the trees, the stuff I throw).

My roommate and I will vent to each other. We've both become pretty good listeners this year!
After I vent for about 5 minutes, I will just clam up and do something to keep my mind off of it.
