I used to tear things up. Went through a few laptops that way but now that I work for myself tearing up a computer I have to pay for is kind of a dumb thing to do.
These days I just isolate myself and do something mindless and rote to take my mind off it until I calm down- solitaire, wash dishes, whatever.
Then again, I don't get upset nearly as often as I used to. Maybe turning 30 mellows you out or something.
