I was surprised to read about it myself. Aside from the usual pix of the couple in the usual celebrity rags, I've always thought of them to be very low-key.

Too bad for them.

I am shocked that they are breaking up. They always seemed so low-keyed and lovey-dovey.

I too was shocked when I read it on MSN. They seemed so down to earth. Kate was always gushing about how wonderful her marriage was (is, whatever).

I wonder if they will try to make it work. I mean Kate has amazing role models when it comes to devoted relationships (ie. Goldie and Kurt).

I heard some stuff regarding trouble in their marriage about a year ago....rumors that she wanted another baby but he didn't like what pregnancy did to her body when she had the first one, so he nixed the idea. Kinda sad either way though.

On a side note....could there BE any more divorces and break-ups right now??? What is the deal!?
