Hmmm and I watched Raising Helen this weekend on LMN.:o

I was surprised to read about it myself. Aside from the usual pix of the couple in the usual celebrity rags, I've always thought of them to be very low-key.

Too bad for them.

They never even had an MTV show, so there's no reality tv curse to blame!

I am shocked that they are breaking up. They always seemed so low-keyed and lovey-dovey. :( :(

I too was shocked when I read it on MSN. They seemed so down to earth. Kate was always gushing about how wonderful her marriage was (is, whatever).

I wonder if they will try to make it work. I mean Kate has amazing role models when it comes to devoted relationships (ie. Goldie and Kurt).

I heard some stuff regarding trouble in their marriage about a year ago....rumors that she wanted another baby but he didn't like what pregnancy did to her body when she had the first one, so he nixed the idea. Kinda sad either way though.

On a side note....could there BE any more divorces and break-ups right now??? What is the deal!?

Yup, I was wondering when this was going to happen. There's been stuff in the tabloids and, more recently, gossip that they were having trouble. To be honest, he sounds like a pompous a$$ from the stuff I've read...there was the whole thing with how much weight she gained while she was pregnant (which apparently he didn't like), and then there was something about Kate saying that she didn't really care if her husband went out and slept with other women as long as he came home to her. It didn't sound like a very functional relationship. :p

Hopefully her next guy will be cuter... ick is he ugly.
