Angry Harassment and Discrimaination

Hi!
I need some help about some things that have occurred at my school. I attend a small school, with about 1500 students and about 350 who live on campus. There are 4 fraternities and 4 sororities here. We are a pretty unified bunch, we have to be especially since the whole greek population is about 35.
Why I am asking for help is that there has been a lot of harrassment to pledges, and sisters, and brothers of about 3 organizations. Some of these incidents include verbal insults, professors harassing us, athletes harassing us, residence life staff giving us trouble. It really does not help that the overrall campus dislikes us and does not respect us, why? we have no clue... we do more good in the community then any other organization on campus.
This is really frustrating us so much. We all want to change this and we have gone to the President and we are waiting to see what she will do about this situation. We know and understand every now and then that there will be instances where we will be discriminated, but we have been bombarded within these last 3 weeks with all kinds of situations that should have never occurred.
What can we do besides letting everyone know the good we do, because that obviously isn't working... we need help. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Nat
