My roommate is driving me crazy.

We are so different. I love to go out and she love to stay in. She's not in my sorority or any sorority on campus. I don't know if that maybe a slight problem. Thank goodness I am only staying with her for just this summer only. I feel like I should not have to do the things that she wants to do if I don't feel like it.

I am not taking classes for the summer; I only have my internship so I have a little bit more time than she does but I should not have to keep washing the dishes and taking out the trash. Do you think it's wrong to want to create a cleaning schedule because I'm going to start leaving the dishes in the sink until she decides to wash them.

Right now I'm just counting down the days until I can move into my apartment in early august. She always want to eat the food that I bought, I don't see why she can't go to the store and buy some food for herself. She drank up half of my cranberry juice to make a drink for herself.

I just venting. Thanks for reading. But if you have any roomate horror stories feel free to post them here.

Yeah, I really don't think you wanna hear my horror stories---Carolyn knows what I mean by that!

Do like what my mom did to her roommate... Put her dirty dishes in her bed. She won't do it again!

Good luck!

Oh Yeah, Beth has to have one of the worst roommate stories ever - lets just say besides being absolutely PSYCHO she also practiced a bit of dark magic (or tried to at least).

The worst part is, is she was one of our oops bids. You know how you bid someone that you think is absolutely the best and their true colors start to show after the 1st or 2nd week. Thank goodness she disassociated before initiation - we would have had to contact CO if she hadnt' done it on her own. I haven't seen her around the university anymore so hopefully she was kicked out finally

Cleaning schedules are good! I suggest you create one and tell her some excuse for why it's necessary. And here's a suggestion for the food issues....I labeled my food in the fridge and I put my stuff in separate cabinets. That way, your roomie gets the hint that you don't like her in your stuff! It worked for me....best wishes to you!

You can always pull a Mel Gibson in Conspiracy Theory... And have all of your food in canisters with locks on them. I think she'll really get the point there! LOL!!
