Of course it's possible. What your chances are of receiving a bid, though - no one here can tell you. But if you do plan to go through recruitment, make sure you get recs to more than just Pi Phi. You'll want to keep your options open and look at more than one chapter.
ETA: I just re-read your post.. it sounds like you want to go through
informal recruitment in the spring..? If so, not all of the chapters may have openings, and your options could be even more limited. You should contact your school's Greek life office and ask how informal recruitment will work.
