You will probably have difficulty renting cabins. Most (all?) of the management companies do not rent to student groups and all of the cabins have a maximum occupancy that is probably much, much lower than what you are expecting.
There are also noise codes, party limitations, etc.
Essentially, the management companies have adopted policies that prohibit the exact type of scenario and situation that you are proposing. The cabins are private individual's homes, and those homeowners become financially responsible when guests damage or take any of the contents. There is hardly a homeowner on the planet that would take on the risk of a fraternity party for the relatively negligible cost of an overnight stay. In addition, the management companies won't take the risk of offending the neighbors with the noise.
