An NBC affiliate has this posted on its site:
http://www.wthr.com/story/13856986/i...s-hospitalized

Excerpts:

. . . Paramedics took 19-year-old Brian Macken to Bloomington Hospital, where he received care at the intensive care unit for what police say was a drug overdose.
Fraternity officials Monday confirmed the victim was Macken, a native of Greenwich, Connecticut. They say he was a fraternity pledge at one point, but got kicked out.
Officials also say they don't know what Macken was doing at the house the afternoon of the incident. They believe he showed up at an event Thursday night and was found lying on a couch unresponsive the following afternoon.

" . . . there's a range of sanctions that could face the chapter or individuals," said Michael Carey, executive director of Phi Sigma Kappa International Headquarters.
University police are still conducting an investigation. The Phi Sigma Kappa chapter at IU is reportedly cooperating with police.

WXIN has this posted on its site:

Excerpts from ^:

. . . the young man who had the medical emergency was not a member of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity but we've been told by other students he had many friends there and was likely hanging out with them.

IU police say he was rushed to the hospital in critical condition Friday.
. The parents have reportedly requested that any more information not be released at this time. Everyone is keeping mum, the greek community and the fraternity are not answering questions or doing interviews.\

. . . IU police say they do not suspect foul play. At this time, the university has not released a statement or stepped in to talk with the greek community.

Indiana U is postponing all Greek events "indefinitely," according to published reports. Details at this time seem to be few;

Excerpts from article:

. . . . University police say they responded to a report of an unresponsive male at the Phi Sigma Kappa house Friday afternoon. Investigators are not releasing many details, not even the name of the victim, but did say the man, who was not a student at the university, was treated in the intensive care unit at Bloomington Hospital.

Interfraternity Council Vice President of Communications Josh Vollmer confirmed to Eyewitness News said Saturday all Greek events have been postponed "indefinitely" following an incident at the university's chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa.

"The presidents of all Greek houses, the Interfraternity Council and Panhellenic Association all met and felt that this was in the best interest of the entire Greek community," Vollmer wrote in an email.

. . . Michael Carey, the executive director of Phi Sigma Kappa International Headquarters, issued a statement about the incident.
"I have been in touch with the local chapter and their advisors. They have been instructed to cooperate fully with the investigation, which they are. We are also conducting our own investigation," he wrote. . . .

Prayers for his family and friends. The student that fell ill at the Phi Sigma Kappa house passed away.
