I want to design a racer back tank top Dress but I don't know of any companies or websites to use so I can add screen print?? Any suggestions?

I would recommend google searching local T-shirt screen printing companies. I know many in my college town carry American Apparel, which is a very popular brand for cute tanks and dresses. in fact, the ChiOs at my school got very cute tank dresses for their last date party of the year!
