Anthropologie apparel

I just discovered Anthropologie's website a week or so ago and I love everything on there! Can anyone tell me how their sizing is? And how good does the quality tend to be? Everything looks really good on their site, but I don't want to break my bank over a dress that's only of mediocre quality.

I really like Anthropologie...but I agree that some of it is a little overpriced for what it is. I'm not sure where you live, but they have stores in L.A. if you happen to live in Southern California. I've never had a problem with their quality...so if you really like something then go for it. I love their home stuff...especially if you catch a good online sale!

ETA: the sizing is pretty average to me, but you never can tell how something is going to fit!

I LOVE their stuff. Love it. I think they carry items from different manufacturers, so the sizing probably varies. I can tell you that I've never been able to wear any dresses from there, though -- they're made for girls with no boobs. They always fit just fine in the hips but I can't get them to fit over the girls.

hmm. My aunt took me to Anthropologie for a shopping spree there in Phoenix, and it cost a pretty penny for what it was. I think the sizes are decent although I did have to get a pair of lavender cords hemmed (then again I'm five feet tall and hour glass shaped). Don't know if that helps...

You have discovered my ultimate obsession. I have already spent an unreasonable amount of money there. All of my sisters know that it is my all time favorite store. I am going crazy right now cause they are building a store here in town. I love all of their stuff.

I absolutely LOVE Athropologie!!!!! Their stuff is so feminine and unique and I always feel great in their clothes. A bit on the pricy side but if you hit them on a sale take full advantage. There isn't one near me in South Carolina but everytime I go home to DC I always hit up the store. Everything usually fits true to size, and I agree their stuff is made for the small busted, but I always find things that work for my larger bust size.
