I have had a few acquaintances that were part of an AI experience.
When it comes to AI it varies greatly from org to org, so not sure what information you are looking for. If you belong to a sorority and you have gathered information for your friend you may be her best source of information regarding AI for "your org."
What additional info. might you be looking for?

Historically, in Alpha Chi Omega, Alumnae Initiates have been women who have given service to Alpha Chi, such as a long-time advisor or house mother. Most AI programs I've seen require a woman to have a college degree and have reasons to join, not just that they're a great person who didn't join in college. Give HQ a call with your questions.

Word.
To sum up the above, the org should be approaching her, rather than her approaching them.

This is true.
The OP, however, noted that her friend had received information from HQ already and had questions. So it sounds like HQ approached her friend first. Also, I looked at the new website a little more and there's a LOT more information about AI, and who to talk to, than I ever thought I'd see on our home page.

Actually, I think the OP said that she got the information from their HQ, presumably on behalf of her friend.

Ooops!
It appears that AXO is making AI less selective than it's been in the past. They even have the e-mail address of the person to whom to speak regarding AI.
So, I still wouldn't berate the OP for her post.

Hey Roxy-
We initiated our long time house mother when I was an active. I may be able to help. What would you like to know. Would you rather pm me with the questions?
