Frat hopes to convert church
Phi Gamma Delta... at RPI proposes 50-bed house in Troy
Phi Gamma Delta's Tau Nu chapter has proposed renovating the historic church at 82 Third St. and its attached three-story school building to be a 50-bed fraternity house.

Actually, the SigEp chapter at Michigan just did this.

We thought about renting a condo in a converted church in Baltimore...20 foot ceilings sounded like a recipe for sky high heating bills, though.
