Phi Gamma Delta... at RPI proposes 50-bed house in Troy

Phi Gamma Delta's Tau Nu chapter has proposed renovating the historic church at 82 Third St. and its attached three-story school building to be a 50-bed fraternity house.

How I would love, love , love to live in this house!! I hope those boys take good care of it.

Can you imagine the using the nave/congregational seating for chapter?

We thought about renting a condo in a converted church in Baltimore...20 foot ceilings sounded like a recipe for sky high heating bills, though. :(
