So far I have...
--high numbers for formal recruitment
--have each house meet quota
--get togethers throughout the week to make them feel more comfortable.
These are all pretty common but I was wondering what are some goals/ideas you'd all like to see happen?

These are goals for a recruitment counselor? These seem more like chapter goals/Panhellenic Exec goals. As an RC, I'd say your goals should be that:
* 90% of your PNMs are matched with a sorority bid. Acheive this through encouraging open mindedness, discouraging tent talk and maintaining a positive attitude
* Each PNM has 24-hour access to you and is comfortable talking to you. You will accomplish this through a welcome gift for each PNM, providing them with your contact information and playing getting-to-know you games to break the ice.
* Provide PNM's with a positive Panhellenic experience by ensuring that each counselor knows the Panhellenic recruitment rules and what to do if a PNM (is late to a party, misses a party, no-show, gets cut from her top choices the night before prefs, hears a rumor about a sorority, takes a refreshment out of a recruitment party, etc.
* Marketing materials that encourage a pro-Greek campus, info about the chapters, why Go Greek, etc.
* Encourage upperclassmen to pursue recruitment/implement free junior/senior quota to encourage older students to come out, etc.
Whatever goals you choose, best of luck to you! Let us know how it turns out.
