Some possible goals:
- Be accessible and approachable to all your PNMs
- Encourage your PNMs to remain in recruitment even if they are cut by their favorite chapters; they may find a match with their second or third favorite sorority
- Get to know all the PXs; don't just spend time with the PXs from your own sorority *
- Give unbiased advice to your PNMs.
* True story: When I was a PX, I was the only AEPhi who was deaffiliated for rush. The other PXs pretty much only hung out with the PXs from their own sororities, so it was pretty easy for the PNMs to look at each cluster of PXs and figure out the corresponding sorority. But the Sigma Kappa PXs made a point of including and socializing with me. As a result, my PNMs had me pegged as a Sigma Kappa. (Boy, were they surprised...
