MyMy

I know you all have seen this one. *Orangejello*(O-ran-juh-luh)
Please, that is orange jello.
I do know of a girl named *Vagina*. Her mother was from Africa and didn't know any better. But to make it so bad, she still goes by Vagina. Come on now, shorten it to Gina.

My friend who is a math fanatic is naming her daughter
*Equation*(But she is pronouncing it Equaysha)

I know a boy named *RaNatre*(Ra-Naugh-tre)
We just called him Night Train.

I know a girl named Tree. Please

Here are a few more:

Tacola
Shamonica
Tamonica
Rashida(but she pronounces it Rash-uh-da
Quinetta
YoShianna
JaKeiththea

Well that's it.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith named thier son Jaden. Also Andre Agassi just had a son who is named Jayden. One of my close friends named her second son Jaden. I think this name is getting pretty popular. Although I only know of boys with it so far.

My boyfriend's son is named Jalen. I have come across this one for a boy and a girl (Jalynn- and a myriad of other spellings)

Yup! Orangejello and Lemonjello after the mother's favorite desserts.

Also, I've heard of Eureka and Odyssey.

The parents were normal looking. They both wore dreads and they were cracking me up in the waiting room. Heck his mama saved me $8 off my bill. His name might be JARU but they sure were saying JA RULE, emphasis on the L because I would look up from my book when they called his name.

Okay- I am LMAO as I read these! If ya'll didn't see the comedian on BET (whose name I have forgotten), he got on the subject of ghetto names. Just a few that I remember...

Vaseline (vaz-lin)
Escalade (es-ka-la-dee)
Flossy
Mentholadum
Nisani (as in Nissan)
Potatolicious
Appreciante

He was too funny! I wish I had the entire list to share with ya'll...

But to top it all off, I have a friend who just had a baby and named her hypnotica (after the new bright blue alcoholic beverage hypnotic). I assumed that the hypnotic was the cause of her having her baby. Oh Lawd! What will be next???

Flossy is actually a nickname for Florence, an old-fashioned name.
Those others, though, are pathetic.
I feel sorry for your friend's baby.
