Nice!

I got Molly because I wanted the most "recent". Because 1944 is so recent.

The only time period clothes I had for her was the outfit she came with. I got American Girl of Today stuff for the rest of her clothes. I had the ice skating outfit, cheerleading outfit, basketball outfit...and then maybe two other sets of clothes. I did not have the Mac. Screw you if you did have the Mac, you rich bitch.

It's that one childhood toy I still wish I had gotten, years later. Though I did have a Baby Born doll which I also wanted like crazy, so I probably didn't *need* a Bitty Baby..

Although, I loved my Samantha doll & hope my daughter will love her one day too (possibly from afar, since she's retired and might be worth money someday, therefore locked into a case)

I AM SO OLD THAT I BOUGHT A MOLLY FOR MY DAUGHTER!!!! My older daughter. Then I bought Samantha for my younger daughter. I spent a fortune on those dolls...and a "friend" of a daughter drew all over their faces and hid them.

...collecting thoughts and bringing in emotion....Someday I will have grand daughters (hopefully soon-er) and boy will they ever be lucky. They'll have books and clothes and all new dolls...and a grandmother who will be her (them) whatever they want...as long as I have their parents' permission.
