Transformers: To Punish and Enslave
As I was leaving the theater I saw a movie poster advertising
TRANSFORMERS!!!
I got so amped. I remember my brother playing with his Transformer men as a kid.
It comes out 4th of July 2007, LMAO!!!!
But from the cast, I can tell it will be off the hook: Shia LeBeouf (Holes, Even Stevens), Jon Voight, Tyrese, Michael Clarke Duncan, Bernie Mac.

Interesting to note that some of the Transformer-oriented charactors had Black Greek-esque names:
OMEGA Supreme
Vector SIGMA
ALPHA Trion
Sorry, no characters had the name Delta (AFAIK)
ETA: Slight hijack--I remember reading back in the day one of those Houghton Mifflin reading books ("Images") and there was a play in it called "The Book That Saved the Earth" and in it there were also some characters with Black Greek-esque names:
Captain OMEGA
Sergeant OOP
Lieutenant IOTA
I wonder if author Claire Boiko (who I by accident saw her as a contestant on Match Game '90, btw) was a Black Greek or had relatives who were Black Greeks. Just interesting.

You mean they have "Greek" sounding names?? Omega, and especially Sigma (Tri-Sigma) and Alpha (Alpha Sigma Alpha, Alpha Chi Omega), are not exclusive nicknames to NPHC.

You either missed or ignored the point I was trying to convey, but given the lighthearted natured of this thread, it's no big deal.
No harm, no foul.

I got the DVD version as a present.
I'm interested in seeing how they pull this off.

I'm interested in how they'll pull this off myself. I remember watching the cartoon version growing up.

IHO the movie
Bo-Weep-Grana-Weep-Nittybaum?
P.S Darius McCrary voicing Jazz (used to be scatman crothers). I'd rather hear him than see him so I guess this will be ok...

^^^I saw it and it was GREAT!! The storyline was easy to follow, and the action scenes were phenomenal. I like it because even if you didn't grow up watching Transformers, you can still appreciate the movie...hope that makes sense.

Solid C, borderline D
no plot, but visually stunning
all you needed were eyes to watch this movie
I acknowledge it for what it was: mindless entertainment
