Yeah but I should've specified it's a very slow 20 min. I had 3 months off from running (broke my foot in 3 places.) So yeah. I'm not sure if it counts as cardio when the guy next to you is running 2 mph faster, not sweating, and wearing a shirt that says "ROBERTS FAMILY REUNION 1959".

20 min is something though, and Rob's right, you'd be surprised how fast you get up to another level. The interval training works well to increase endurance, but also have a day a week when you really push yourself past your normal limits distance-wise.
I was able to push my max distance from 6 to 9 miles in a short time working it out that way (and at a good pace too).
