I've been paying alum dues (both locally and internationally) since becoming an alum, but I know of sisters who haven't paid a cent who still receive the Quarterly.

Jill already answered re: The Alpha Phi Quarterly, but I was curious as to what "LifeLoyal" is, TriDeltaGal?

ZTA's quarterly magazine, Themis, is sent free of charge to all members of Zeta Tau Alpha. It is a lifetime subscription.

It's Tri-Delta's alumni perpetual membership program. Some fraternities and sororities have alumni dues; paying into a program such as the 'Life Loyal' in Tri-Delta and 'Life Loyal Sig' of Sigma Chi relieves the alumnus/alumna of further alumni dues payments. Many Masonic lodges and Eastern Star chapters also offer perpetual (sometimes called endowed) memberships to their members as well. (I am a perpetual member of Will Rogers Lodge #53 in Claremore, Oklahoma.)
In Alpha Sigma Phi, all undergrads and alumni receive a lifetime subscription to The Tomahawk of Alpha Sigma Phi as part of their initiation fees.

The Eleusis, Chi O's mag, is provided for life to all members.
Chi Omega has no national alumnae dues (though your individual alumane chapter charges a small yearly due, and each chapter pays a small amount in chapter dues to National depending on size of the alumnae chapter). But if you are not an active member of an alumane chapter you still get The Eleusis. Therefore, you get your Eleusis regardless of monetary contribution to the fraternity as an alumna.
It is now available online as well - in our members only section. Makes it nice because now I can recycle the actual mag when I'm doing reading it, but can always refer to it online for articles, names, etc.

I believe they also post some issues on the National Website as pdf's.
We also have an e-newsletter The Virtual Violet that is just for alumnae.

Our magazine, "The Caduceus," comes out quarterly, and the subscription fees came out of our initation fee.
It's available online as well in PDF format.

On a side note, if you've EVER seen a recent issue of Tri-Delta's Trident, it's AMAZING!! Jimmy (he's their designer) has done an awesome job, and it's something they should be incredibly proud of.
Delta Phi Epsilon has a similar program to Life Loyal called Lifetime Links, where you pay a one-time $250 fee, and then you never pay alumnae dues again.
