Maternal grandmother -- Granny
Maternal grandfather -- never met him
Maternal stepgrandfather (the only one I'll claim as being a grandfather, we were close) -- Shorty (RIP)
Maternal Great Grandmother -- Madea
Maternal Great-Great Grand -- Mama Ammie (RIP)
Paternal grandmother -- RIP, she passed when I was young, so no name for her.
Paternal grandfather -- (RIP) well, I never really called him anything. I rarely saw him and when I did, I just tapped his shoulder if I wanted something. My aunts, uncles and my dad called him by his first name.
My parents are Mama (or Ma) and Daddy -- my neice calls my mother Mama, also. For the longest, she told people that my mother was her "other mama" so much that it rubbed off on my nephew -- he stills calls her "Other mama" .

Uppity Side:
Paternal Grandmother (RIP): Directly - Grandmother/Indirectly - Grandmother [lastname]
Paternal Grandfather: Directly/Indirectly - Granddaddy
-- Here's the funny part...my Dad and aunt have their own names for their parents.
They both called my grandmother "Ma." But, my Dad calls my grandfather "Pappy" and my aunt calls him "Dadeo." I think it's adorable!
I call my own father "Papa."
Country Side:
Maternal Grandmother: Granny
Paternal Grandfather: Grandpa
Greats
Father's Mother's Mother (RIP): Grandmother Hart
Father's Father's Mother (RIP): Grandmomee or just Momee (pronounced: mah MEE)
Mother's Mother's Mother (RIP): Grandmother Kirk
Mother's Father's Mother: Grandmother Butler*
*Bless her heart! She's 104 years old!!
OHHHHHH! The heritage we seem to identify most with is my father's mother's family. We refer to my great-great-great-grandfather by his first name! LOL!
And, that name is "Atharates."
