Girl......we're too much alike! I LOVE PF Changs, went twice last week.
But, one of my favs too is this amazing Vietnamese place named Green Papaya in Dallas. So good.
Oh, and I'll be in Atlanta this weekend to see my nephews.

Done right, I think Chinese food is one of the most delicious cusines (that and Italian are my faves). I've grown up with Chinese food (eat it every single day) so I have many favorites.
-Beef and Tomato Chow Mein -- I absolutely, positively LOVE this. I could eat it every single day of my life and not get sick of it...I swear.
-Any kind of chow mein, actually....especially beef and tender greens (YUMMMM) chow mein, chicken, pork, etc
-any kind of fried rice
-mu shu pork
-duck
-shark fin soup (so expensive...but soo good)
-pot stickers, wonton, dimsum, etc.
-I love the Chinese restaurants' vegetable dishes...I usually hate most vegetables when my mommy cooks them (sorry Mom)
-Broccoli and Beef (yuuuum)
-sweet and sour beef, spicy beef (actually any kind of beef...i could never be a vegan b/c I cannot give up beef, ever!!)
-chow fun
-pepper steak
-hot and sour soup (OMG...pure heaven)
-egg rolls
-any kind of tofu...tofu done right is also pure heaven...especially when pork is stuffed inside tofu
-egg flower soup
-Szechuan beef
I have so many more favorites, but have to run now...so will post some other time! BTW, I hate seafood so I stay away from that. Basically, you just have to find what works for you

General Tso's Chicken
Broccoli Beef
Shrimp fried rice
Garlic Chicken
Moo Goo Gai Pan
Egg Rolls
Won Ton Soup
Crab Puffs (which are sometimes called cheese puffs since they just have cream cheese in them)
I think those are all safe choices for even picky eaters. Some of the stuff listed by other people is funky though!
If you had to choose one to try first, I'd try the General Tso's

PF Chang's is sooooo delicious! It is one of the few places I can get my husband to really enjoy eating out at! He's a picky eater to the extreme....
I have yet to meet a Chinese dish that I didn't like, but my faves are egg drop soup, lo mein, mu shu anything, cashew chicken, mongolian beef, and egg rolls. The list could go on and on!
Darn it! Its only 10:30 in the morning here, and already you people having me craving dinner! lol

Gotta go with the Kung Pao Shrimp--I like it very spicy, too. Great with Crab Ragoons and Egg Drop Soup!
Much more fond of Thai food though...
...damn, i am hungry now...

Yay for Moo Goo Gai Pan!
I also have a soft spot for Crab Rangoon, but I will never EVER pass up Moo Goo Gai Pan.

I HIGHLY recommend...
Beef & Broccoli, Cantonise Pork Chow-Mein, or Seaseme Chicken.
