CG... once upon an undergrad time, i was a pre-vet student. i was amazed that a neuter was so easy, like popping grapes out of the skins... and watching a spay made me pass out cold. I'm blaming the empathy factor.

Nope. They're not difficult to do, especially with cats. It's just that with large dogs, the gubernaculum makes it tough, so you really have to pull. Spays are fun, unless one of the LVTs forgets to express the bladder, or if the dog is in heat.

So, I started having orgasms around last Christmas. Nice present, ho ho ho!
I'm actually anxious about having them around another person. God knows, they might get slapped, peed on, elbowed, walls banged on, have neighbors waking up, etc. etc.
Hopefully I can adjust to having such intense stimulation, eventually.

Last night I had a patty melt for dinner. It tasted pretty good, but the last two bites or so just did not sit well...the onions just started bothering me. After I finished I felt a little sick but I just think I ate too much too fast. Luckily I felt better pretty quickly. I went out later that night, had a few drinks but felt SO incredibly full. I also kept burping and tasting dinner...it was starting to get gross.
Then in the middle of the night last night I woke up with HORRIBLE heartburn and a stomach ache. I made me so nauseous that I actually puked. Definitely puked up (some of) my dinner, even though I ate it like 8-9 hours prior. And because I had such bad heartburn, I threw up a bunch of stomach acid (at least I think that's what it was...it was this somewhat bright yellowish green stuff). Since I had such bad heartburn, the stomach juices were sooooo acidy that after I puked, it felt like my throat and mouth were disintegrating. The good news was I felt a lot better after throwing up. My stomach has been a little all over the place today though, unfortunately.
