I had it when I was 8 years old, it just looked like a "lacy" rash on mostly my arms and part of my legs. I was also the flower girl in my aunt's wedding at the time unfortunately!
check the upper arms, even if the rash doesn't appear on the face, it's usually on the arms! I remember on the last day of 1st grade my daughter came home looking like she'd been out in the sun..pretty sun-kissed cheeks UNTIL I checked her upper arms...lacy, red rash. No end of the year pool party for her.
