I used to think she was beautiful, until she opened her mouth...

Exactly. After seeing the previews, I was mad that I've so wholeheartedly supported Babyphat. The lingerie is definately divaliciously designed , but sporting my purse "in public" just doesn't seem so cute anymore. The shoes, on the other hand, oh she's definately on to something. I haven't worn them yet so I don't know if she's setting us up and I'm going to end up with crips feet. She might make her shoes with a dash of attitudey. As of today, I love 'em. I'll watch. I don't want to judge her so quickly but wow, ... doesn't she seem witchey?

I watched the first episode online and I LOVE it! I love Kimora!! She's been my girl for years, but sealed the deal when she was a judge on the first season on ANTM. I hope that I can watch the entire season online.

I agree!! I hope it's online too, it clashes with BB8.

She was a little much for me, she would get on my nerves in real life.

I love Kimora. I especially liked how she brought her daughters with her to the meeting with Barbie. And how they even have their own clothing line. She is teaching those girls how to take care of business.

I did like that aspect of it as well as watching the girls make the cupcakes. I am the same way with batter and frosting, but I wait until they're made before I attack the batter, lol.
I know I could never be someone's assistant like James, Brandon, Hassan, Sandra and the others are to Kimora.
I'm not sure I will watch this faithfully, but I didn't hate it.

Oh nooooo. Not enough money in the world. Although I'm sure there are a lotta perks, she couldn't talk to me that way and keep her life.

Pretty much. Plus you know they don't get off from work like we do. Their hours are beyond sunup to sundown.

Hard to tell though- when he is cleanshaven he looks EXACTLY the same as when he starred in Amistad, almost 10 years ago. I personally love his lil salt-and-pepper goatee though. Yum.

I enjoyed the show. She was very open about the business relationship she has with Russell. Their business partners and he's the father of the children --that's about it. She's high maintenance for sure. I couldn't believe she needed all of that luggage for nine days. But when you got it like that, you got it like that.
To me, Jason was the star of the show. That dude had me cracking up the whole time.

Though I'm glad she stood up to the Mattel folks (didn't watch it but heard from friends that did)....in general Kimora irks the heck out of me.
Like I've written on another board: She takes two worst of two ethnic stereotypes - Black women as loud and Asian women as gaudy and amplifies them.

I missed last night's episode.
I love Kimora and I am loving this show, but it clashes with Army Wives

It does. Kimora comes on at 8. Army Wives at 10.
I missed a big chunk of last night's ep but I loved seeing Miss Jay last night.
