The new film "We Are Marshall", which focuses on the 1970 tragic football team plane crash, has a heavy Greek involvement. Playing McConaughey's wife is Kimberly Williams-Paisley (Alpha Phi). Former Georgia record-setting kicker Billy Bennett (Kappa Alpha Order) plays Marshall kicker Blake Smith (Sigma Phi Epsilon). An actor portrays Bobby Bowden (Pi Kappa Alpha), who was head coach at West Virginia and helped the Marshall coaching staff following the crash.
