I don't know the details, but the claim of not knowing may have been the wife's leverage to deny the husband any type of custody as well as monetary compensation in the divorce.

This sounds like a possibility. I mean, even if she was a virgin and truly naive, in this day and age you would #1 eventually see your husband naked in 17yrs (outside of a sexual context; just during normal married life.), #2 notice that you weren't the only person in the house having a period, #3 question why he always has to run to the bathroom just before or after sex or why you've never ever touched it. I just really can't imagine that you could be married to someone for 17 years (or hell even 17 days) and never see their penis with your own eyes.

Basically. Even if he's not your husband, but you're cohabitating with ANYONE, let alone a male, and one you're supposedly *doing*, you never caught him in the shower? Never caught him using the bathroom standing up? Never caught him with a morning hard on? Be for real...

I think James is onto something. But, if it really were true, it's possible. It says she was 20 and an heiress. If she's accustomed to a household where her parents didn't even sleep in the same room...it's all possible.

Yep, anything is possible. LOL It's possible she never knew what a penis was. It's possible that her girl/husband was sooooo creative that she faked 'coming' as BobbyTheDon alluded to earlier. It's possible that cows could fly to the moon as well. But she is positively and certifiably stupid.
