I live a few blocks from Ryan field, so my friends and I had this brilliant idea that we would drink here and then walk over to the Illinois-Northwestern game in our orange clothing. This plan was conceived when I moved here 2 months ago, and it is no longer looking like a good idea.

Yeah, our son nearly went to Indiana. However, our neice went to Illinois -- where they, or at least she and her family, called it IU. Her brother, our nephew, goes to Indiana -- where he and the family call it IU.

But speaking of great seasons, our son did go to O.U. -- which I think of as Ohio University -- but he says is really Oklahoma.

They're not doing badly. Of course none of this has anything to do with the Big 10+1. My wife's family members in Columbus aren't having a good year, though.

By the way, please don't mention OSU -- out here that means Oklahoma State.

I have a headache now.

Thanks Michigan State! We love you (after Michigan, of course)!

I can smell the roses!

Bring on Ohio State!

That's really funny. I can imagine that this is one of the extremely rare times in MSU/Michigan history, that you guys had been rooting for us...It felt great to not just beat, but destroy the Badgers (who were ranked either 4 or 5 depending on which poll you looked at)!!!

I always root for MSU, except when they're playing Michigan! After all, we're all Michiganders in the end. And, my most favorite team is whoever is playing Ohio State!!!!!

I concur! (though if I was an alum and not just a fan, I suppose I might feel differently)

Go Blue!

Poor Michgan State... NO BOWL FOR YOU!

37-13

5 picks

1 student ticket: $21
1 hot dog, hot chocolate, and pretzel: $4.50
Blowing out Michigan State and preventing them from going to a bowl game: priceless!

Dear Ohio State, I love you.

[insert obligatory smack-talking about Michigan]

Now we just have to get past Iowa.

Well deserved. I slept through most of the game so I don't know what all happened besides a butt kicking...Go figure the week after we destroy Wisconsin, we get destroyed ourselves. As the saying goes, there's always next year.

On the plus, I love Ohio State! Poor Michigan has a possibility of not making it to the Rose Bowl...but either way I am indifferent.

I'm a Michigan fan and would like to see Michigan still make it to the Rose Bowl but it could be rough

HAHA! Who's in the AP Top 25? OH YEAH, it's Iowa. Is this going to be the year when Iowa kicks ass in football and basketball? I hope so, although I doubt we'll be better than Illinois.
