Tom, you have a point...the key to beautiful makeup is to be SUBTLE!!!
It's a lot like perfume. Day after day of puting it on, you get desensitized and end up with a tendency to over do it.
Summer-after I put it on, I take a tissue and lightly "rub" off the excess. Winter, I use a pretty firm brush. Sometimes I just use a moisturizer but love to play with eye makeup.
If your skin is dry,you can add a little cream (I like Oil of Olay for sensitive skin) to your foundation. Nice in the summer when you
want a lighter feel.
Prep H- I've heard that as well...just haven't tried it-yet.
One of the best tings you can do for your skin is DRINK WATER...LOTS andLOTS! If you are starting to get a few wrinkles, it really helps. Living in a humid climate has made a big difference. I don't have the lines or creases one would associate with my age.
