If you want to go through fall recruitment, do it. Just realize that the odds of receiving a bid will probably not be all that great due to your class standing and age.

Have a good, positive answer ready about why you're going through recruitment at this late stage. What do you hope to gain? (...as opposed to negatives about why you didn't do this before.) How can you hit the ground running to help your potential GLO?

Enjoy it. Don't worry about things that are beyond your control. Realize that each GLO -- even if you don't feel a strong connection -- offers a tremendous opportunity, not only now, but in the future.

If it doesn't work out, check out community sororities such as Beta Sigma Phi.
