By "crest", do you mean badge (i.e. "sorority pin")? If so, I know that Burr, Patterson & Auld Company make the jewellery for most, if not all, NPC orgs. Their website is here:

I would imagine that they have a "licencing" agreement with the various sororities and fraternities that they make jewellery for.
