Crest question
 

Just a quick question regarding possession/production of the Crest. I know non-initiated members aren't allowed to own one, but who can make them? Is there a specific company that produces them, or can anyone?

By "crest", do you mean badge (i.e. "sorority pin")? If so, I know that Burr, Patterson & Auld Company make the jewellery for most, if not all, NPC orgs. Their website is here:

I would imagine that they have a "licencing" agreement with the various sororities and fraternities that they make jewellery for.

The crest and all other registered trademarks of Chi Omega should only be made by Chi O Creations or people who have license agreements with Chi O Creations. I'm sure Chi O Creations staff would tell you who has a license and who doesn't if you ask. As far as I know, people reproducing items with our trademarks on them is RAMPANT and FEW of them have licenses to do so!!! It's probably just hard to enforce

Nationals has a licensing agreement with people who can reproduce the crest. Some companies have it and some don't. If you really want to know, ask your regional director!!
