There were no charges pressed, so she wasn't really arrested.

This day in age, that is probably what teachers HAVE to do for risk of being sued. If I were a teacher, I would call the police too. If a kid is hitting people and throwing things around, you cannot tackle the kid yourself, and obviously that mother is a headcase. "They set my baby up" What the hell is that? She would sue any teacher that touched the kid. Teachers probably knew that.

They did the right thing by calling the cops. I applaud them.
